Leadership

Jesús Toto

Jesús founded Blue Sierra with his father and sister after graduating from San Jose State. He manages large-scale Bay Area projects, uniting entrepreneurial vision with expertise in structural design, materials, lighting, and irrigation, driven by a passion for landscaping and green living.

Jesús Hernández

With 25+ years in Bay Area landscaping, Jesús specializes in custom residential construction and renovation, closely collaborating with architects, designers, and homeowners. Having led major projects as a supervisor for a large landscape firm, he now guides us with trusted hands-on expertise.

Nayeli Toto

Nayeli brings 15+ years of experience in operations and finance, focusing on the systems that sustain long-term success. From accounting software to team management, she ensures the company runs with efficiency, structure, and personal care while supporting its continued growth.
